Take control of your Truly Free deliveries in just a few clicks. In your Member Portal you can change your next order date, update frequency, skip a shipment, ship now, add or remove items (and claim your Free‑For‑Life gifts), and update your address or payment details.
Before You Start
- Log in to your account at https://trulyfreehome.com/login.
- Only active subscribers can access the Member Portal; one‑time purchasers and non‑members can’t sign in.
What You Can Do
- Change your next order date (move it sooner or later, up to 1 year out).
- Update your delivery frequency (15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 days).
- Skip your next order (your schedule advances based on your frequency).
- Ship your box now (process immediately).
- Add or remove items; there’s no minimum item requirement.
- Claim your Free‑For‑Life gifts when you have 3–4 items (1 free) or 5+ items (2 free).
- Update shipping address, billing address, or payment method.
- Cancel your subscription in the portal when needed.
- Get a reminder email 7 days before your order processes so you have time to make changes.
Step‑By‑Step: Manage Your Subscription
- Log In
- Go to https://trulyfreehome.com/login and sign in with your email and password.
- Open Your Subscription
- From your dashboard, click “View Order” on your active subscription box.
- Change Your Next Order Date
- Click the pencil icon next to your Next Shipping Date, then pick a new date (you can select a date up to 1 year out). Save your changes.
- Update Your Delivery Frequency
- Click the arrow next to your current frequency and choose 15, 30, 45, or 60 days. Note: frequency changes take effect after your upcoming order is finalized.
- Skip Your Next Order
- Select “Skip next order,” confirm when prompted, and your next date will advance based on your selected frequency.
- Ship Now
- Choose “Ship Now” to process your box immediately (you’ll see a confirmation prompt before proceeding).
- Add or Remove Items (and Claim Freebies)
- Scroll your subscription to remove items you don’t need or add items you want—there’s no minimum item requirement.
- When you have 3–4 items, you’ll be prompted to add 1 Free‑For‑Life product; with 5+ items, you can add 2.
- Update Address or Payment Details
- Use “Change” next to Shipping Address or Billing Address to edit your details. For payment, select “Payment Details,” then “Change” to update your card or billing info.
- Cancel Your Subscription
- Select “Cancel subscription” in the Member Portal and follow the prompts. Only active subscribers can access the portal; if you fully cancel, portal access ends with the subscription.
FAQs
- Can I “pause” my subscription?
There isn’t a dedicated “pause” toggle, but you can either skip the next order or move your next date out—up to 12 months—to hold shipments without canceling.
- How far out can I move my next shipment?
Up to 1 year using the calendar next to your Next Shipping Date.
- Will I be reminded before I’m charged?
Yes. We send a reminder email 7 days before your processing date so you can adjust items, skip, or change your date in time.
- Who can log in to the Member Portal?
Subscribers/members only; non‑members can’t access the portal.
