You can update your payment method anytime from your Truly Free account portal. Follow the steps below to add a new card or replace an expired one.
What you’ll need
- Your Truly Free account login (email and password)
- Your new credit or debit card details
Update your card in the Account Portal
- Go to the Truly Free login page: https://www.trulyfreehome.com/login.
- Sign in with your email and password.
- On your subscription page, do one of the following (the wording you see may vary slightly):
- Click Edit Order, then select Change under the current payment method on the right side of the page.
- Or, scroll below your product list to Payment Details and update your payment method there.
- Enter your new card details and Save.
- You’re all set. If you don’t immediately see the new card reflected on-screen, see “After you update” and “Troubleshooting” below.
Mobile tips (phone/tablet)
- If the payment section doesn’t appear on mobile, switch your browser to Desktop or “Online” view/mode to load full functionality.
After you update
- The updated card will be used for your next order. In some cases, the account page may not display the new card until after the order processes, even though the update is successful.
- If your current order is waiting due to a decline, you can reply to the email you received or contact us and we’ll retry once the card is updated.
Troubleshooting
- I can’t sign in or reset my password
If you can’t access your portal to update payment, let us know—our team can reset your subscription access so you can log in and update your card. - I tried to update, but the page still shows my old card
This sometimes occurs; the system may not show the new card until after the next order processes. If you need confirmation, reach out and we’ll verify the last four digits on file for you. - My account was suspended after multiple failed charges
Once you update your card, we can reactivate your subscription so you can resume normal access and shipping. - I’m on a phone/tablet and don’t see payment options
Use your browser’s Desktop or “Online” view to reveal full page controls.

Will the new card be used immediately?
Yes—your updated card will be used for the next order that processes after you save changes. If an order is pending due to a decline, contact us and we can retry once your payment is updated.
Where exactly do I find the payment section?
Depending on your view, it appears either under Edit Order > Change (on the right side), or as Payment Details below your product list.
Why don’t I see my new card after I saved it?
It can be normal for the display to lag; the new card may not show until after your next order processes even though it’s saved correctly.
