If you’ve forgotten the password to your Truly Free Home account, you can reset it in just a few minutes.
What you’ll need
- Access to the email address associated with your Truly Free Home account
Reset your password
- Go to the Truly Free login page: https://trulyfreehome.com/login.
- Select “Forgot password?” (or “Reset Password”) on the login page.
- Enter the email address on your account and submit the request.
- Check your inbox for an email titled “Reset Your Password” from Truly Free. The reset link in that email is valid for 30 minutes.
- Click “Reset My Password” in the email, or copy and paste the reset URL into your browser, then create a new password.
- Return to https://trulyfreehome.com/login and sign in with your email and new password.
Troubleshooting
- I didn’t receive the reset email
Check your spam/junk folder, and verify you entered the correct email address. If it’s been more than 30 minutes, request another reset so you get a fresh link. - My reset link expired or doesn’t work
Request a new password reset from the login page so you receive a new 30‑minute link. - I still can’t log in after resetting
